DSTO's multilateral agreements include The Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP) and ABCANZ, the American, British, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand Multilateral Master Information Exchange MOU.

The Technical Cooperation Program (TTCP) is Australia’s most important collaborative agreement in Defence science. DSTO's involvement provides DSTO scientists with access to advanced science and technology from around the world.

TTCP is a collaborative 5 nation program between UK, USA, Canada, Australia and NZ.  TTCP involves some 1,000 defence scientists from the member countries. Australia's Defence Science and Technology Organisation (DSTO) contributes to about 60 specialist areas of technology.
