Industry Exhibits

Industry exhibition is a key feature of the conference. Last year the Industry exhibition was covered in 570 booths covering an area of 10,000 sqm.

If your company is engaged in developing, producing, and marketing products and services that are relevant to specified areas of interest at the conference, you may wish to take advantage of the opportunities offered by this forum and exhibit at the conference to maximize your organisation’s participation and visibility, and target your business prospects.

Booth details are as follows:

Standard booth dimensions are 3m deep x 3m wide x 2.4m high;

Each booth comprises:
            - three velcro-compatible walls;
            - two track-mounted spotlights;
            - one power point;
            - signage (fascia) with your company name;

The hiring cost of booths is $1200 (plus 10% GST);

An official booth builder and the official supplier of furniture for the conference will be announced at a later date.  The details of booth configuration and related packages along with a catalogue for furniture hire will be forwarded to you directly by the company.

If you are planning to build your own exhibition booth structure; ‘space only’ prices can be obtained on request to LWC 2007 Conference Coordinator.   Please note that ‘space only’ price is available for bookings of 36 sq metres or more.   The ‘space only’ price does not include signage or electricity.   These items will need to be ordered from our nominated official supplier.

If you have any additional requirements other than specified above for shell scheme booth, you will need to contact the nominated company regarding any individual requirements you may have.
