A registration form is attached, which must be emailed or faxed to the coordinator when booking your booth – however it is advisable to check that booths are still available before sending your registration form.
Please clearly indicate whether you require the shell scheme or floor space only.
The floor space for exhibition at Adelaide Convention Centre is limited. Because of the large demand, it is recommended that organisations planning to exhibit at the LWC 2007 reserve the space as early as possible to avoid disappointment, as the exhibition space will be allocated on first come first basis.
When reserving your booths, please ensure that you correctly advise the number of booths you require, as an invoice will be sent to you soon after booking. If cancellation or downsizing occurs, a cancellation of 20% of the total value will apply.
