Exhibitor Registration

One exhibitor staff member per booth will be allowed to enter the exhibition hall for 3 days – free of charge.   The number of exhibitor staff for floor space only exhibitors will be negotiated based on the size and requirement.  Please check with the Conference Coordinator for details. The nominated ‘exhibitor only’ staff will be entitled to tea and coffee each day, but will be excluded from attending lunches, or the evening social functions.  If ‘exhibitor only’ staff wish to join in lunches and evening social functions, it is advisable to register as a delegate.

An Exhibitor Registration form is available on our website.  Please supply the name/s of the attending ‘exhibitor/s only’ staff to the LWCC coordinator no later than 1st October 2007. These staff will be issued ID wrist tags only which would be available for collection at the registration desk at the conference.   A photo ID is required before ID wrist tags are issued.
