Registration Fees
Early Bird Registration Up to Friday, 10 Aug 2007: $300 + $30 GST*
Between Sat 11 Aug and Fri 21 Sep 2007: $400 + $40 GST*
After Fri 21 Sep 2007: $500 + $50 GST*
*Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not payable by Australian Defence Personnel for this conference.
The registration fee should be paid using credit card.
The registration fee covers:
• Entry to all sessions
• All morning and afternoon teas, lunches, the Chairman's Reception, Cocktail Function and the Conference Gala Dinner
• The conference proceedings (either hard copy or CD-ROM) and the official program
It is in your best interests not to wait until the last few days before the early bird cut-off to do your registrations, as past experience has shown that the website becomes choked and may take time to access particularly on the last day.
The registration fee is non-refundable but substitute delegates are welcome. Substitution on line will be available until Friday 12 Oct 2007, if the original registrant is unable to attend. Substitutions and changes to personal details can be made on line with the use of the booking number and the password. Please secure the details of your booking number and password which is essential to access your registration details on line anytime.
Please note that online registration will be available until midnight on Friday, 12th October 07. After this date, registration can be undertaken at the conference site in Adelaide.
Please note that substitutions after 12th October can be done at the registration desk at the conference, however there will be an additional surcharge of $200.00.
Registration Desk
Registration will open from 10.00 am - 5:00 pm on Monday, 22 October and 8:30 am - 5:00 pm on Tuesday, 23 October 2007 at the Adelaide Convention Centre. The Registration Desk will be staffed at other times on all days from 8 am to 5:30 pm.
