The symposium dinner will be held on the evening of Wednesday 16 November 2011.

There will be a two-course menu. The price of the dinner will be $40 per person, which does not include drinks (drinks can be purchased individually).
Payment can be made by cheque, money order or Electronic Funds Transfer. Payment details will be provided on receipt of the registration form.
Payment and food order must be received by 2 November. Dinner refunds will not be provided after 2 November.
Please note, the cost of the dinner is not included in the Registration fee.
