A booth/space registration form is available on LWC website, which must be emailed or faxed to the conference support office for booking. Please check for availability before forwarding booth registration form.
Please clearly indicate whether you require the shell scheme or floor space only.
It is recommended that organisations planning to exhibit at the LWC 2008 reserve the space as early as possible to avoid disappointment, as the exhibition space will be allocated on first come first served basis.
When reserving your booths, please ensure that you correctly advise the number of booths you require, as an invoice will be sent to you soon after booking. If cancellation or downsizing occurs, a cancellation fee will apply.
