Registration Fees

Early Bird Registration Up to Friday, 8 August 2008:  $300 + $30 GST*
Between Sat 9 August and Fri 19 September 2008:  $400 + $40 GST*
After 19 September 2008:  $500 + $50 GST*

*Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not payable by Australian Defence Personnel for this conference.

All payments to be made by credit card. 

The registration fee covers:
• Entry to all sessions
• All morning and afternoon teas, lunches, the Chairman's Reception, Cocktail Function and the Conference Gala Dinner
• The conference proceedings (either hard copy or CD-ROM) and the official program

It is in your best interests to register early before the early bird cut-off rate, as past experience has shown that the website becomes choked and may take time to access particularly on the last day.

The registration fee is non-refundable but substitute delegates are welcome. Please note that substitutions on line can be done before 17 October on line without any additional cost however substitution after this date can only be done at the registration desk at the Conference, however there will be an additional surcharge of $200.00.

Please secure the details of your booking number and password which is essential to access your registration details on line anytime.  

Please note that online registration will be available until midnight on Friday, 17 October 2008.  After this date, registration can be undertaken at the conference site in Brisbane.

 

Registration Desk

Registration will open from
9.00 am - 5:00 pm on Tue, 28 Oct;
7:00 am - 5:00 pm on Wed, 29 Oct ; and
8 am to 5:30 pm on Thur and Fri 30 and 31 Oct 08.
