Industry exhibits

Industry exhibition is a key feature of the conference. In 2011, the industry exhibition covered 18,000sqm of floor space.

If your company is engaged in developing, producing, or marketing relevant products and services you may wish to   exhibit at the conference to maximize your organisation’s exposure at this influential event.

Standard booth dimensions are 3m deep x 3m wide x 2.4m high;

Each booth comprises:

  • three velcro-compatible walls;
  • two track-mounted spotlights;
  • one power point;
  • signage (fascia) with your company name;

The hiring cost of booths is $1300 (plus 10% GST); however if you are planning to build your own exhibition booth, ‘Space Only’ prices for an area of 36sqm or more are listed on the Exhibition Booth Registration Form. The ‘space only’ price does not include signage or electricity reticulation.  

An official booth builder and the official supplier of furniture for the conference will both be announced at a later date.  The details of booth configuration and related packages along with a catalogue for furniture hire will be forwarded to you directly by the nominated company. 

Any additional requirements for booths or furniture will need to be negotiated directly with the nominated company. 


Booth registration

Please check for availability before forwarding the Booth Registration Form and clearly indicate whether you require the booth shell or floor space only.

Exhibition space will be allocated on first come first served basis so to avoid disappointment it is recommended that exhibitors reserve the space as early as possible

An invoice will be sent to you soon after your booking is received. Cancellation of a booking or or downsizing the space required will incur a cancellation fee.
