Online Registration is available until midnight on Friday 19 October. After this date, registration can be undertaken at the conference site in Melbourne.

Registration fees

Early bird registration up to Friday 10 August 2012: $300 + $30 GST*
After Saturday 11 August 2012 : $500 + $50 GST*

*Goods and Services Tax (GST) is not payable by Australian Defence Personnel for this conference.

All payments to be made by credit card. Please note: a credit card surcharge ranging from 1.75-3.5% will be applied based on the type of the credit card used.

The registration fee covers:

  • Entry to all sessions
  • All morning and afternoon teas, lunches, welcome drinks, chairman's reception, cocktail function and the conference gala dinner
  • The conference proceedings (either hard copy or CD-ROM) and the official program

Tip: It is in your best interests to register early before the early bird cut-off rate, as past experience has shown that the website becomes choked and may take time to access, particularly on the last day.

 

Substitute delegates

The registration fee is non-refundable but substitute delegates are welcome. Substitution online will be available until Wednesday 17 October 2012, if the original registrant is unable to attend. Please secure the details of your booking number and password which is essential to access your registration details online anytime.

Substitutions after 19 October can be done at the registration desk at the conference, however there will be an additional surcharge of $200.

Registration desk will be staffed from 8am until 5pm on Monday 29 October to Thursday 1 November and from 8am until 3pm on Friday 2 November.
