Summer Vacation Scholarships Now Open

DSTO is now offering scholarships for the 2009-10 summer period. Successful students will commence work on specific projects at DSTO sites on Monday 30 November 2009. Projects will be completed by Friday 19 February 2010 in time for return to full-time study in Semester 1, 2010.
Successful applicants will undertake a 12-week research project at a DSTO establishment and receive a tax-free stipend of $4,050 in 2009/10. Further funding for travel and/or accommodation is not available. Students should take into account the stipend amount when considering the location of projects.
