Land Combat Vehicle System (LCVS)

LAND 400 is the Australian Army’s largest and most complex major capability equipment project to date.

It will deliver network-capable close combat vehicles characterised by protected mobility and precision lethality.

Land Division has established a comprehensive program of science and technology support to the Land Combat Vehicle System (LCVS) out to mid-2020.

This program covers, amongst others, ongoing analysis of emerging LCVS technologies and threats, LCVS integration evaluation, system-level trade-off analyses, LCVS survivability and lethality, land combat vehicle electronics and architectures and land combat vehicle human systems integration.
