Defence Human Sciences Symposium

The DHSS is the principal Australian forum for those interested in research on defence-related human sciences and the application of human sciences research to enhance defence capability.

The Hub sponsors the annual Defence Human Sciences Symposium (DHSS). This meeting is held each year in mid-September and is usually hosted by a DSTO Division.

Each year the Symposium organising committee puts together a varied program covering a wide breadth of Human Sciences research. The organising committee welcomes submissions, for either papers or posters, in the following areas:
